Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Optimal Resolve ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our CVMaster mobile application (the "App"). The App helps you create professional CVs, manage personal and professional information, and offers an ad-free subscription option.

- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, and authentication tokens.
- CV Data: Information you enter to generate CVs, such as personal details (e.g., name, address), contact details (e.g., phone, email), work experience, education, skills, certifications, projects, references, volunteer experience, affiliations, and social media links.
- Optional Information: Any additional data you choose to provide, such as professional summaries or other CV-related content.
- Non-Personal Information: Information that does not directly identify you, including:
- Device Information: Details about your device, such as device model, operating system, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as features accessed, navigation patterns, and frequency of use.
- Ad-Related Data: When you view ads (if not subscribed to the ad-free plan), we and our advertising partner (Google Mobile Ads) collect data like ad impressions, clicks, and anonymized analytics.
- Demographic Information: General information, such as your country of residence, collected in a non-identifiable way.
- Purchase Information: If you purchase the ad-free subscription, we collect transaction details through Google Play Billing, including purchase status and subscription tokens. Payment details (e.g., credit card information) are handled by Google Play and not stored by us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Operate and Provide the App:
- Authenticate your account and securely store your CV data.
- Generate and preview CVs based on the information you provide.
- Process in-app purchases for the ad-free subscription via Google Play Billing.
- To Improve the App:
- Analyze non-personal information (e.g., usage data, ad analytics) to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Identify and fix technical issues.
- To Personalize Your Experience:
- Use non-personal data to tailor content, such as suggesting CV templates or features based on your usage patterns.
- To Deliver Ads:
- If you are not subscribed to the ad-free plan, we use non-personal data to serve relevant ads through Google Mobile Ads.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations:
- Respond to legal requests or comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information as follows:
- With Service Providers:
- We share non-personal data with Google Mobile Ads to deliver ads (if applicable).
- We share purchase-related data with Google Play Billing to process subscriptions.
- These providers are bound by agreements to protect your data and use it only for the specified purposes.

- You can view and edit your account details and CV data within the App’s settings or CV generator sections.
- Deleting Your Information:
- You can request deletion of your personal information (e.g., account and CV data) by contacting us at optimalresolve.net@gmail.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations.
- Opting Out of Ads:
- You can purchase the ad-free subscription to disable ads. Alternatively, you may opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (e.g., Google’s ad personalization settings).
- Managing Permissions:
- You can control the App’s access to device permissions (if any) via your device’s settings.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. For example:
- CV data is stored securely using encryption (via
flutter_secure_storage
).
- Authentication tokens are managed securely to protect your account.
However, no internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at optimalresolve.net@gmail.com, and we will take steps to delete such data.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect data:
- Google Mobile Ads: Collects non-personal data for ad delivery and analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
- Google Play Billing: Processes subscription payments and collects transaction data. Payment details are handled by Google, not us.
- Flutter Secure Storage: Used to securely store CV data and authentication tokens on your device.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information (e.g., account and CV data) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App’s services. Non-personal data (e.g., usage analytics) may be retained indefinitely in an anonymized form. You can request deletion of your personal information as described in the "Your Choices" section.

Your information may be processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States, where our servers or third-party providers (e.g., Google) are located. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers, subject to our compliance with applicable privacy laws.
